She is a passionate and dedicated early childhood educator, with over twenty years of experience working with children and families in a variety of settings both in Australia and internationally. As a mother to two daughters, Wendy brings a personal understanding of the joys and challenges of parenting, allowing her to approach her work with empathy and care.

Hila Ben Gera is the PJ Library Director for Victoria and beyond. Originally from Israel and now based in Melbourne with her husband and son, Noam, Hila is an experienced storyteller, educator, and theatre-maker. With over a decade of expertise, she creates engaging, interactive experiences for children that foster creativity, learning, and community connection. Her work spans Australia, New York, and Israel, reflecting her commitment to nurturing young minds through dynamic storytelling and cultural engagement.
